Springbank Energy Healing was established in Woodstock in 2014 by Carol Coristine, a gifted and insightful energy healing therapist who has spent over 2 decades working with healing energy and honing her skills in order to help individuals deal with the challenges they face and reach a state of increased well-being. Carol is accredited by the Canadian Reiki Association (CRA) as a recommended Reiki Therapist and Teacher.
During the years she lived in Toronto, Carol trained in Traditional Usui Reiki, achieving the Master Level in 2009 and she has also received accreditation as a Crystal Healing Therapist, Crystal Reiki Master, Dowsing Specialist and Hypnotherapist. ENERGY HEALING SESSIONS (All sessions are 1 to 1/2 hours in length, unless otherwise indicated.)
Every session includes a pre-treatment assessment, as well as a post-session debriefing in addition to the treatment itself. So, sessions will typically last longer than the allotted time.

REIKI TRAINING ~ Usui Reiki Ryoho - Levels I, II and Master - Certified by the Canadian Reiki Ass'n
The benefits of learning and working with Reiki are numerous. Reiki not only gives us the ability to help promote healing in ourselves and others, but it can help us access universal wisdom to assist us in our personal growth.
To date, Carol has introduced 84 students to Reiki Level 1. Of those, 48 have progressed to Level 2 and 11 have gone on to achieve their Master Level.

CRYSTALS AND STONES - WORKING WITH MOTHER NATURE'S GIFTS
If you know nothing about crystals, or if you know "a bit" and want to learn more, this class is for you. In this hands-on course we look at crystals and stones through a scientific lens, as we explore how they were formed and the many aspects of how we can work with them to enhance our lives. You will be introduced to some of the main crystal families and have the opportunity to experience them in person. You will learn a few basics of healing with crystals, how to work with crystal grids, how to connect with and program your crystals and much much more. A large clear quartz crystal, a full-colour booklet and course completion certificate are included.

ADVANCED CRYSTAL HEALING
This class is a deep dive into the concepts of advanced crystal healing. We recommend that you have some knowledge of crystals and the desire to learn how to use them for healing yourself and others. You will learn why crystals are such effective tools in healing work and all about the different crystal families. We will cover the important part that sacred geometry and the vibration of shapes play in the formation of the seven crystal systems, the attributes of each system and how to work with them effectively. We will also discuss the human energy system and the essential part it has to play in crystal healing. You will learn how to use different kinds of body layouts and have an opportunity to practice them in class.

THE ART & SCIENCE OF DOWSING
Dowsing (the use of pendulums, dowsing rods, etc.) provides you with wonderful tools to manifest more of what you want in your life, and less of what you don't. The pendulums we work with are based on the pendulums and tools which were developed over many years by European researchers. They are based on very specific shapes and have the ability to emit and pick up certain frequencies and wavelengths. Many have shapes based on the principles of sacred geometry.
A full-colour course booklet and course completion certificate are included.

- Sound Bath Evening - Treat yourself to a wonderful, immersive evening where you will experience our Sound Healing instruments in all their glory. Typically, we book these events for 2 hours (from 7 to 9 pm) and the cost is $50.00 per person. We can accommodate up to 5 people in our cozy womb-like space. …. I just wanted to say thank you for your teachings. I did distance reiki for the first time on [Grandma] before she passed and it seemed to really help her.
