WHAT IS REIKI ALL ABOUT?
Reiki has its roots in Japan, and has come to be known as an effective technique for relaxation and stress reduction, which can also promote healing.
We all have a life force energy which flows through us. When this energy is low or weak, we feel sick or stressed; when it is high and flowing well, we feel healthy and energized. Reiki works within our energy field, finding areas where the energy is in an unhealthy state, and removing the negative energy, replacing it with positive energy. This raises the vibration of the energy field both within and around the physical body to a much healthier level.

A typical Reiki session consists of the practitioner placing their hands either above or directly on, a series of locations on the head, torso and limbs. The client remains fully clothed.

'USUI REIKI RYOHO' CERTIFICATION TRAINING: IN-PERSON CLASSES ONLY
The benefits of learning and working with Reiki are numerous. Reiki not only gives us the ability to help promote healing in ourselves and others, but it can help us access universal wisdom to assist us in our personal growth.
Since 2017, Carol has introduced 98 students to Reiki Level 1. Of these, 58 have progressed to Level 2 and 14 have gone on to achieve their Master Level.
LEVEL I
In Level 1 you will be attuned to the power symbol and be taught how to use it in many beneficial ways to help yourself and others. Once you have received a Reiki attunement, you will have Reiki for the remainder of your life. It does not wear off and you can never lose it.
One day session from 10 AM to 5 PM. Cost $150. $50 deposit* required at time of registration.
* Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a different class date.
You will learn:
LEVEL II
The Reiki second degree training and attunement focuses on more specifically directed use of the Reiki energy, particularly mental and emotional healing and remote healing. In this level, students are given the Reiki tools they will need to work effectively with other people and for the world community. With this level, you will now have all the tools you need to become a Reiki Practitioner.
Prerequisite: Usui Reiki Ryoho, Level I
One day session from 10 AM to 5 PM. Cost $250. $50 deposit* required at time of registration.

You will learn:
REIKI MASTER LEVEL
For those are sincere in their pursuit of the Reiki teachings, the joys of becoming a Reiki Master are many. As a Reiki Master, you will now be empowered to “pass it on” and give attunements to others. But, you don’t have to feel the calling to teach for the Master training to be useful. The additional healing energy, symbols, techniques and knowledge that you will learn at this level will greatly augment your healing abilities and bring an ever-increasing feeling of fulfillment and abundance into your life. In the end, we must consider that a Reiki Master is not one who has mastered Reiki, but one who has allowed Reiki to master them.
Prerequisite: Usui Reiki Ryoho, Levels I & II
Two day session from 10 AM to 5 PM both days. Cost $475. $100 deposit* required at time of registration. * Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a different class date.
You will learn:
At the end of this 2 day class, students will be tested to make sure they have reached an accepted level of proficiency with the symbols and teachings. In cases where the teacher feels that the student needs more time, they will be given several weeks to study and then be retested before being awarded their Reiki Master Level diploma.

- byosen scanning
- various methods of distance healing
- various Reiki techniques used for healing and cleansing:
- no-touch method using the breath (Koki Ho),
- method of healing using the eyes (Gyoshi Ho),
- the Reiki blood exchange (cleansing) technique (Ketsueki Kokan Ho)
- full body and half body blood cleansing (Zenshin / Hanshin Koketsu Ho)
- deprogramming bad habits (Nentatsu Ho),
- cleansing and purifying objects (Jaki Kiri Joka Ho)
- common body responses and why some people feel worse after a Reiki session
