WHAT IS CRYSTAL HEALING?
Since the earliest times, crystals have been used to heal and restore balance.
Crystals help to release and clear negative energy, thereby assisting in energy healing. Each crystal has a unique vibrational resonance, and owes its unique qualities to its mineral content, inherent geometry and the colour frequency it emits.
Because of their geometrically perfect structure, crystals have a very low state of disorder and can easily maintain their precise vibrational frequency. On the other hand, the human body’s electromagnetic system is very complex and often out of balance. Therefore, when carefully selected crystals are placed in the electromagnetic field of a body system that is in a state of vibrational disorder, they are able to modify and improve the energy around them, creating a positive effect on the entire body. In effect, they can create movement where energy is blocked, which helps make healing possible.
CRYSTAL REIKI HEALING SESSION
When we perform a Crystal Reiki healing session, we combine Reiki energy with the natural energy that emanates from the crystals. How does it work? While we bring in the Reiki energy through the crown chakra into our hands, the crystal energy is emanating upwards from the Earth. In essence, they meet in the middle and work together beautifully, each complementing and augmenting the effects of the other.
During a Crystal Reiki treatment, we first perform an assessment to identity those areas of the body where there is an imbalance. We then choose the appropriate crystals that will align with the Client’s energy field and support the desired outcome. They are then placed directly on the chakras, and/or in a specific layout on or around the Client.
Once all the crystals are in place, we commence the Reiki session and then bring out the crystal singing bowls letting them work their magic. A Crystal Reiki healing session generally lasts about 1 hour, with extra time added before and after for discussion.
